JaK'ed is Back!

WOW. I just realized that I haven't written anything in this blog in over 6 months! So much has happened since then:

  • Crossfit Level 1 Cert
  • First BodyComp Scan
  • 1 major injury, the j-shoulder
  • 6 weeks off of CrossFit because of said injury
  • 4 weeks of Starting Strength
  • Volleyball added to the activity equation
  • Grouse Grind back into the routine
  • Pilates and Yoga dropped from the routine
And the one thing that hasn't changed:
  • Still zoning strong
So perhaps I'll throw in a bit of banter about the deets as I go back into post-o-rama, but I think I'll just be moving forward with my current goals and progress.

Why am I getting back into JaK'ed?
  • Accountability. Say it, do it, write about it... PWN IT!
  • I miss K! This is one avenue that we'll be keeping in touch... hopefully many others as well :)
  • P isn't always there to blah blah blah to after my workouts :D This way he can listen to me at his convenience.
Enough of the re-intro... Let's just dooooo iiiitttttt!
