WOW. I just realized that I haven't written anything in this blog in over 6 months! So much has happened since then:
- Crossfit Level 1 Cert
- First BodyComp Scan
- 1 major injury, the j-shoulder
- 6 weeks off of CrossFit because of said injury
- 4 weeks of Starting Strength
- Volleyball added to the activity equation
- Grouse Grind back into the routine
- Pilates and Yoga dropped from the routine
- Still zoning strong
Why am I getting back into JaK'ed?
- Accountability. Say it, do it, write about it... PWN IT!
- I miss K! This is one avenue that we'll be keeping in touch... hopefully many others as well :)
- P isn't always there to blah blah blah to after my workouts :D This way he can listen to me at his convenience.
